My first book, a children’s book, is nearly complete and will be self-published. “The Adventures of Pochi” will be a series about a stuffed dog who circumvents the world learning about new cultures, traditions and destinations. Pochi will even learn a smidgen of language here and there. His first adventure takes him to Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. Need to hire a good illustrator to add a few gray scale drawings. The book will be geared towards early chapter book readers.
Other books are non-fiction and will bring focus to a hidden side of social issues not previously exposed. Quite a departure from a traveling stuffed toy dog.
Watch for The Adventures of Pochi on Amazon in the near future. In the meantime, I remain a “working writer,” with time constrained by the writing that pays the bills. Not the same as penning books while sitting on the beach.
