Will there be a COVID-19 Vaccine and What Needs to Happen to Make it?

The interview is with Dr. Jerome Kim, who is the Director General of the International Vaccine Institute, headquartered in Seoul, Korea.

Dr. Kim does an incredible job of explaining how vaccines work, how they are developed and tested and the phases they must pass to be considered safe and to have efficacy.  He also explains what will need to happen for a vaccine to be developed to protect people from COVID-19. He even explains why we don’t yet have an HIV vaccine. This will ramp up your knowledge about vaccines in clear, easy-to-understand layperson terms.
