Enes Yilmazer and Mikey Ayers do it again and bring us a truly spectacular property in Bel Air, California. This one may be one of my personal favorites because of the traditional style features throughout the house, the beautiful wainscoting, the flooring and area rugs, the bright colors and bay windows and the grounds.
Mikey’s B-roll at the start of the video is wonderfully done as well. This house really has it all while remaining a very homey and comfortable looking home to enjoy. The detailing in many rooms, along with the interior doors, shows a level of craftsmanship that makes this house special.
The grounds, which are nearly 2-acres, are immaculate and the sunken Japanese garden is a surprise feature, with its many tranquil and peaceful hideaways. Well worth your time to watch if you enjoy stunning properties and incredible homes.
