It is not obvious where this interview by Mark Laita of an Asian former gang member named Johnny is going, but his life story is a difficult one to listen to and, although it is obvious that he is insightful and articulate, the ending of the interview is a surprise. It turns out to be a testimony. If Johnny can rebound from his early years, entering a street gang at age 12, and being put in a juvenile detention facility about the same time, and prison later on, then anybody can change their lives. Well worth your time. There is only once source for this kind of change.
Johnny Entered a Gang at 12 and Ended Up in Prison; then what?
