Our nation has been taken over by thugs and criminals, who ruin the lives of ordinary, innocent people. Street gangs are able to commit multiple crimes and often face no consequence or get minimal detention because they are not adults. Captain Higgins of the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Department in Louisiana addresses gang members the way that we would wish all law enforcement officers could. He has the support of the local minority community, which makes his message even more meaningful. Those who support the criminals will not like this and are already targeting the captain and this message.
