A writer’s blog should be a place where you find lots of writing; right? That would make sense, and I would like to spend more time serving up some written content, but the problem is that I subscribe to 134 Youtube channels. There are several that produce really good content, but there are a few that are extraordinary. For that reason, I often have to share some of these incredible videos in lieu of writing something that may be less spectacular.
One of the channels that has been a source of many videos I have shared is the Enes Yilmazer channel. As I have explained before, Enes is an L.A.-based expert in real estate, higher-end home details and finishes and architecture in general. His videographer, Mikey, does a great job with both the A-roll and B-roll and drone footage. The pair visit some of the country’s most spectacular houses and high rise units and penthouses. Some of the tours are really must-see and the one below is no exception.
This 15,000 square foot home, which recently sold, was designed and developed by Blue Heron Homes. It listed for $25,000,000 and I’m sure the new owners are going to enjoy every minute they spend in the many unique spaces this property offers. Watch the video and you will understand.
